"Great place to start our Japan vacation. Just steps from Universal studios and the Universal City train stops. Room was clean. Spacious enough for 4 adults (we had the quad room). Had the breakfast one morning. While everything was definitely, not sure it was worth the $100 USD price tag for 4. Staff interactions were great. Would recommend it here."

"We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk."

There's only so much you can use on the ac units and the windows won't even crack open. I got horrible sleep. So if you sleep hot, not a great place when it's 60 or over outside."

Within minutes walk to Subway and Shin-Osaka station is perfect for tourists. Mattress and pillow are also comfy to me. However, WiFi speed is a bit slow which is the only down point.
