"The good: FASTEST hotel check in ever. Rarely waited for elevator. Cozy room. Reasonably priced. The Eh: Shower was tiny, but worse was that it was either too hot or cold. Very little temp range. Stairwell was dirty. View from the 2nd floor overlooked construction equipment. Room was noisy from the outside."

"I always stay at Freehand when I am visiting the city for work trips which is a few times a year. It is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable as well. I love the cafe for breakfast and the hotel restaurants and bars are great. The only downfall is if they are closed for private events. "
