"My stay at Shephards was outstanding. A big shout out to the staff on the job they did to get Shephards back up and running after the horrific hurricane tried to wipe them out. I was worried I would have to stay somewhere else but they came through!!"

"Randall at the Reception absolutely made the first most important impression of our stay amazing which reflected for the entire stay. He went above and beyond for us and what and excellent star he is!! Wyndham Grand could could not pick a better center than him ❤️ "

"Rooms are very spacious and have no lingering smells which is nice. Parking was very easy to find although it was additional however its an overall clean and comfortable hotel for shorter stays. "

"We love our stay, one downside of the room is no microwave and the shower head looked a bit dirty but overall staff were very nice and room was comfortable."

"Loved my stay here. I was at the Haya for two nights. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and nice. Pool is lovely and a great place to relax after a day at work (or play!). Room very nice and there is a decent gym. The hotel is on the edge of Ybor so you have all those bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the staff can recommend some good places to eat. I did not eat at the dinner restaurant. Breakfast was at the cafe. While the food and coffee were excellent (served by awesome staff as well!), it was one of those places where you wait in line to order and then wait for your name to be called. I’d rather a sit down experience at such a nice hotel. Overall would highly recommend the Haya. Excellent. "

"Our stay at Pier House 60 Clearwater is just amazing. Location was just very convenient going in and out of the beach plus having great rooftop bar just seals the deal. Also won't forget how accommodating the staffs are. I just hope they could improve the breakfast that I assume part of the paid resort fee as there's no protein during the time of our stay. Other than that, this property is a bang for your buck! Will stay here again on another trip."
