"This was our first visit to Bangkok and we loved this hotel. We stayed in a garden view, high floor room (20th floor), with breakfast included. Hotel staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was beautiful and had a great view. Bed was comfortable and had all the required amenities. The room was quiet - didn’t hear any noise from neighbours (sides or above). The pool is on the 24th floor, which was amazing after a day of site seeing or shopping. The city view was beautiful...

"In many ways this is just another high quality Bangkok hotel with a cool rooftop bar. But three things make it stand out in a crowded market. First, the stunning views over the Chao Praya river. Second, the enormous and super-comfy King-plus sized bed. And finally, the breakfast buffet, which is the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for a couple’s visit to Bangkok. "

"Beautiful hotel that was perfect to kickoff our Thailand Honeymoon. We stayed for 3 nights at the start of our trip, and loved the amenities (hourly boat shuttle, poolside activites/treats, complimentary Hydrotherapy with 3 night stay), and stunning facilities all around. Staff and grounds were top notch, although the pool was much colder than I expected. We loved lounging by the river every night, and absolutely loved the ambiance and experience here!"

"First time trying to stay out of the city and was afraid that transportation will be a concern but 2 min away from the hotel is the river taxi which bring us right to Centralworld in less than 10 min. Supper convenience. Hotel bed was confortable. Aircon was cold . Room service make up room daily. 2 big 7 Eleven store at level 1 make our shopping easy. Beside that. Morning Market with street food and cheap clothing make shopping easy. "

"Overall it is an amazing room and hotel, but I did expect the elevators to be faster…it is an extremely long wait whether you stay on the lower floors or the State Tower more expensive rooms. Please also include clear events and times on a sheet in the room, a lot of us don’t know to check the website. Especially older people like my parents. "

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."

"The hotel is beautiful. The room was very nice, clean, & comfortable. The bed was comfortable, slept great. The shower had good water pressure. Restaurant on site was good. All staff were helpful & friendly. My only “complaint”, the pick up from the airport took a long time. We waited over 40 minutes for pick up. "
