"Room and layout were very comfortable. Bed more comfortable than at home. It is great to have two bathrooms and separate rooms for the kids. Unfortunately, our room was in a high traffic area near the Waterpark. People were walking by constantly and could see directly into our ground floor room. This place is the size of a small city. Amenities were great, but resort purchases were very expensive and the water park can get extremely crowded. We visited during Spring break, so it might not always be this way. It is discouraging that a property this size does no recycling. "

We were not fans of the breakfast buffet at the Tropical (?) in lower level. Staff there were great but food was not. I'd replace the gravy and biscuits immediately. "

"Not very upscale but everything in good working order, clean and orderly. Room was clean and adequate. Staff were friendly, helpful and gracious. Can't beat the location. Don't change a thing - looking forward to our next stay!"
