"The accomodation it was excellent , except there was no thick blanket for the cold weather specially at night time ."

"The communication was not good. Staff members do not answer the texts that they suggest to communicate with. Our suite had two phones and neither worked to call the front desk. They do not offer complimentary coffee or water in the lobby, but you can purchase from the barista until 11am, if you want to spend $5 on a basic coffee. Drinks at the bar are extremely expensive, small hot tub area. The pool was nice. "

"We (family of 4) spent 7 days in Réunion resort and enjoyed it. 3 bedroom apartments are well equipped and very clean. All extras are a bit pricey but well maintained and fun. Shame there is no basketball court. Would definitely come back and recommend. "

"enjoyed the stay. checkin process on the phone was descent. the unit was hard to find but we got it. liked the older feel of the building/unit. seems upkept nice for the age..bed and pillows were comfortable. location is great. we drove there but were able to uber around downtown area. would definitely stay again. "Property was great for the 5 of us on a Disney/SeaWorld vacation. Property was clean, the room was a bit dated but clean. Club house didn’t have much in their “store” and the main pool was cold. It was nice for what we needed."

"Our stay was amazing! The room was clean, the food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. We were there during New Year’s, and while everything exceeded our expectations, the only issue we encountered was the lack of available parking when we returned late after the New Year’s Eve party at the theme park. However, I’m confident this was only due to the holiday rush, as parking wasn’t an issue on other nights. One standout moment was the resort’s exceptional handling of a lost laptop. We accidentally left it in our room, and the staff immediately responded to let us know they were searching for it. Within a day, they confirmed they had found it and shipped it to us, arriving in just two days. Their efficiency and communication were truly impressive. The amenities at the resort were another highlight. The heated pool, complete with a beautiful waterfall feature, was picture-perfect and incredibly relaxing. Though we didn’t have the chance to experience the sports bar, it looked like a lot of fun and is something we’ll definitely check out on our next visit. Overall, the stay was excellent—affordable, with roomy suites, good food, and lovely amenities. If you’re looking for a great option outside the Disney-themed resorts, this place is a perfect choice, and we can’t wait to return this year!"

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area

" I recently visited Westgate for the first time during our holiday break, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in so many ways! Initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment we arrived, it became clear this was going to be a memorable experience. The resort is incredibly convenient, located close to all the major attractions, which made our trips to nearby parks and entertainment spots so much easier. Whether you're planning to explore the area or just relax, the location is ideal. One of the highlights for me was the pool area. It was well-maintained, spacious, and a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. The only thing I wish was included was the water park. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Westgate and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy the amenities, and be close to all the fun things Orlando has to offer. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!"
