"This is a fantastic place to stay. The room was warm and welcoming. Really nicely presented throughout the whole of the hotel. Food in the restaurant was simply outstanding. "The hotel was old and badly needs updating in terms of interiors. The elevators were beat-up looking. The bathrooms and rooms were spacious and clean but the furnishings were old. "Super easy and great spot for train. Fantastically quiet, clean, easy....Only thing is it got warm at night. Adjusted the air but didn't quite matter. I think there may just have been nightime termperature setting in hotel."

Avani Frankfurt City Hotel (previously NH Collection Frankfurt City)

"We had a lovely view from the balcony of our room of the surrounding urban area with a view of the Dom. It was fairly central to the city and just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. It was clean with nice amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Marta, the concierge, is a lovely person, friendly, and so very helpful. "

Wonderful boutique hotel

"The Ruby Louise is a boutique design hotel with nice sized rooms, comfy beds and a 24 hour bar which also serves as a check in area. There is a wonderful outdoor terrace as well which looks like it would be greatly enjoyed in warmer weather. It's very centrally located right behind the Madison Avenue of Frankfurt and a short walk to the more reasonably priced shopping streets and historic center with all its classic cafes and heritage buildings. Highly recommend!"

"More of an apartment than actual hotel, the sheets were soft, beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I slept much better here than in the other hotels in Nuremberg and Munich. The walk to the bahnhof was a little sketchy but the shopping at the mall around the corner was excellent with an entire food court and plentiful options. There is also a small grocery in the mall as well. We absolutely loved this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

Exceptional

"My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was "out of sight". So many selections and a juicer with fresh fruit to make your own drink. And their other meal options were good as well. (Especially important to me because my daughter is a vegetarian and gluten intolerant). We stayed there on our arrival into Germany and our departure. Finally the location was great, walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof."
