"Good points: - Room was big, spacious and clean. - Gym equipment was adequate with towels and water provided. Room for improvement: - The aircon was switched off suddenly in the middle of the night, which made the room hot and stuffy. - The steamed buns served during the breakfast buffet were cold."

"Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Not many shops and eateries around so less convenient if you need a late night snack or early breakfast - unless you eat in the hotel. Walking to the nearest mall takes about 15 mins depending on pace. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with nice amenities like slippers, which added a nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortably cool throughout my stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom door could use some repainting and a good cleaning, as it didn't quite match the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, I did notice some noise from the road, even on the 21st floor, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Despite these small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations."

"Wonderful for children and their parents. My son’s were amazed when they first walked into the lobby, audible gasps came from their mouths and they ran off to play. We were happy to wait in the lobby as there is entrainment including balloon making, popcorn and juice. They very kindly allowed us to check in early. Shopping and dining mall close by with affordable food options. Breakfast was good but very Asian including Indian, the premises is Halal. Definitely no bacon! Lifts were like a disco and very cool. Rooms were well decorated. We loved it and were all sad to leave. The larks were not crowded which was nice. Close to Singapore so we flew into Changi Airport "

"I had an excellent stay in this hotel overall. However, one notable downside was the lack of air conditioning in the lift lobby. This made it uncomfortable, especially during hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the waiting time for the lifts was longer than expected, which became a bit frustrating during peak hours. "
