"Hello. This is a beautiful hotel close to shopping, restaurants and Table Mountain. Our heat didn't work in our room and they offered to put us in another room but we were happily settled in our room and agreed to wait and it was fixed when we returned from our excursion. We loved the breakfast and the staff was wonderful to us. If something is wrong, please be courteous/patient and let the staff know. They care and will make every effort to resolve your problem. Well done and bravo Marriott....

"We had a room on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and the waterfront. The room was big and had a dining table. Bed was comfortable, shower was big. Very convenient for checking out V&A waterfront and catching the ferry to Robben island. Parking is not included but is cheap. "This is a good location to walk to and from the V & A waterfront. It’s probably a 10-15 minute walk. There is a path with clear signs that lead you there without having to walk in traffic. This is written November 20, 2024 and they are doing extensive remodeling so there is no gym, pool or restaurant. Since I workout every morning that was a disappointment for me. I hope that once it is done it will be a nice edition to the hotel. Staff very kind and helpful. I would rate them as excellent."
