The beds were comfortable, the pull-out sofa bed as a couch less so (being a sofa bed). Having a kitchen that was separate from the bedroom, was very convenient. "I called to confirm they take service dogs without fee. They confirmed it with no hesitation. Did not ask for a certification upon check in, just trusted us. delightful lady on the phone and equally delightful upon check in. They accommodated ground floor access request, very cheerfully!
