"Well” my check inn agent was super friendly And pleasant she even suggested a few recommendations of restaurants we could Explore because my trip to Vernon was to celebrate my wife birthday with and chose The Marriott hotel for this venture The sensory experience was amazing The entrance the wow’s us Room presentation was amazing too Only problem room was too cold once’s we got in the bed ! We had call front desk a few times that night About the cold conditions of room "

"The morning frontdesk hostess was amazing, i was in vernon for work and finished early, i asked if it possible to use the pool til check in cause my back was aching. She allowed me, i was highly greatful to her. The only issue i had was my door didnt fully shut, but the afternoon shift understood my concern and moved me to another room. He also made sure i felt safe with door. Breakfast was really good, one table was wobble but better than ive had before."
