"Best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The grounds are incredible and varied with a very large and amazing infinity-edge pool. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is by a road that is easily walkable or there is a shuttle that can take you (I did not use the shuttle so I can’t comment on it). "This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. "We had a great stay. The property was close the beach and had shops near by. Low cleanliness rating only given as there was a room service tray in the hall near our room for two days. It only disappeared when we requested someone removed it (housekeeping didn't take it away). Restaurant staff were great and check in and out were fast. If we come back to India we would definitely stay again."

"Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well. The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing. Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep."

I will suggest they should implement a guest login access through web which can provide all the details of your booking plus extra spending done each day at the property.
