"I really enjoyed my stay at the Moose! It was clean & the staff were incredibly helpful with booking the Gondola, getting us a bus pass and information about the spa within the hotel. We utilized the roof top hot tubs almost every night which has a beautiful view. "First time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the hot tubs, but still hung out around the patio fire tables, which were really nice! It's a bit of a walk to the town centre, but they offered bus passes for the duration of our stay. We didn't use them, because we wanted the exercise, but a great option and a nice courtesy because parking is limited and can be expensive. "We stayed at this property and really loved the location. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The rooms felt oversized as well. The location is fantastic as this location is downtown Banff. Just walk out your hotel and there is shopping at dining right within a block. I would stay here again the next time I visited Banff. The only unfortunate part is that one of the two hot tubs was out of service. "

"This Hotel is my absolute new favorite. It is so quirky, with cool finds around every corner, amazing service, relaxed and fun environment- it's like a modern-day upscale 1960s/70s Motel, with a sexy and classy spin to it. It is incredibel for families, the room layouts are the coolest I've ever seen, with such fun little touches. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms exceptionally clean. I felt like I was in a family friendly Vegas motel but in Banff..... The food truck in the lobby...

"Beautiful facility convenient walk to downtown Banff. The Keg was conveniently on site. It would be nice to have an onsite coffee shop or cafe instead of ha ing to go down the street to find one. Very nice stay overall."

The loft rooms are amazing

"We booked a loft room and it was excellent. We loved the space in the living area and the open fire. They even had an area where you could chop and collect more firewood for free. We saw lots of deer from our balcony which was really special. The kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge freezer and everything you could need. The best were comfortable and it was quiet, warm and cosy. The pool was shut but there was still slides and the outdoor hot tub open. The hot tub didn't seemed to be manned and there was a snowball fight between a group of kids in the hot tub and some kids on the balcony nearby so it wasn't quite as relaxed as I'd imagined but it was a lovely area for the peaceful 5 minutes I spent in there before all the kids arrived. The area is beautiful and with free bus passes into Banff we didn't even have to use the car. We got there a couple of hours early to check in and our room was ready, so we were allowed our room earlier which was really lovely and meant we could unload the car and get out and enjoy ourselves sooner so we were very thankful for that. I would definitely want to stay here again if I was ever in Banff and would highly recommend it to anyone. The upgrade to the loft room was truly amazing and the views were beautiful. "
