"Room was nicely decorated and very clean however the room took forever to heat up and floors where always freezing. Also building D's location is inconvenient if taking public transport because we had to walk up and down that super steep roadway. Also the hotel is a tad too far from downtown Banff for my liking."

"I love the hotel. I would give 5 stars if they had Mini fridge in each room. Also, I wasn’t very happy with the hotel parking the website said $18 per night but it was $25 because I had to reserve. The parking was very convenient though. Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff were extremely friendly and ladies from breakfast room were very polite and worked very very hard. I would absolutely stay here again!!!! "
