"I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was spacious and well appointed with nice living room, dining area and kitchen that was well supplied for basic cooking. Washer and dryer was a nice addition, and in good shape, and quiet. The room was very quiet, the bed comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent. They even put away the clean dishes in the dishwasher. All the staff were friendly, and there’s even lifeguards at the pool. The gym was smallish but well equipped. Overall...

"Stayed while attending a music festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. While we were initially hesitant due to it's distance from the venue, it was far cheaper to stay here than anywhere on the Strip and for the price we got great clean, comfortable and quiet rooms which was perfect for a bunch of 30 year olds who just wanted to go to bed after. It was about a 10 minute uber to the Strip or a 30 minute walk which honestly wasn't too bad. "

"I stay here every year for the WOC convention. The staff are awesome. The location couldn’t be better. It’s quiet and homey. The pool and hot tub are a much needed extra that makes a hard day so much better. If you want to have dinner, there’s a full kitchen in every room. And with the advent of rideshare, it’s not a problem going out. The only issues that I have are not being able to choose room location and the room rates jacked WAY up for the show days. "

"6th time staying at this property. No fault of the property, but Vegas in general shows alot of hardship of drug addiction and sadly homelessness. Blown away how much the city has changed in that regard. Been going here for 15 years now. Not that it is unsafe outside of the Tuscany, but like any place use caution. All the monies poured into Vegas and there is a steady decline."
