"Stay was fantastic; the Hotel , Lobby amenities and customer service amazing; but the room itself was dusty and needed repairs . Besides that they actually upgraded us to a suite to make up for trouble. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Was great having monorail right at the hotel. Good selection of restaurants/bars. Service was good. Con- charges on bill that were incorrect, billed for services not used and two rooms, same reservation that were billed two different amounts for resort fees. Management did correct everything just took awhile."

"This hotel is close to everything and lots of on-site dining available. I stayed in the gold tower and the rooms were perfectly sized . I did have to schedule housekeeping to come, but it was easy to do through the app. I would definitely stay here again."
