"The room was beautiful. The staff were amazing, quick, helpful and friendly when they were asked to help. The only thing they could have improved on was the connection to the smart tv. We had to get on a waiting list for a Roku device to connect to Netflix."

"Really nice hotel with very kind and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Room was basic but very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool is great but this is the only area where I would say they could improve cleanliness. Water slide is separate from the pool which is great because you can use the pool without being constantly splashed. We did have one day where I wanted house keeping to come by and we removed our do not disturb sign when we left the room around 11:15. Came back to a note under our door that said they did not clean our room because of the do not disturb sign and the note indicated they came by at 1:45. Unsure what the issue there was, the do not disturb sign was not on when we returned but it was not a huge deal. Back of the hotel provides a nice ocean view which is a bonus. Good walking trails right behind the hotel as well! Would definitely recommend. "

Rooms always feel so spacious and bright and being able to walk and enjoy the neighbourhood and harbour offerings is such a bonus. We always rely on the Oswego as they consistently meet and go above our expectations."
