"This was our first stay at Hotel Zed Victoria. The staff was great at check in and we were welcomed into our suite over an hour early which was great! The kids loved the pool and water slide! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. However! We were very very disappointed over the fact that our room was directly OVER the pool and there was absolutely no noise cancelation. "Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cold breakfast option is simple fare but helped stave off the growlies. Some of the rooms have been updated, hopefully the renovations will continue as those rooms looked wonderful. "
