"Beautiful budget hotel and great pool area on roof. Very comfortable bed and nice linen. Lovely staff-very helpful- fulfilled my request re high floor. Free parking available on streets nearby.The only problem I had was the noise at night from the road especially when the bin men emptied the bins after midnight and people shouting in the street even though we were on the top floor-not hotel’s fault though- all in all very good. "All good during our stay , clean spacious room and good selection of breakfast items. Early check in was very helpful. However,one bad point , we left a couple of things in our room , I emailed to ask if they could be posted to us at our cost but didn't even get a reply. Yes it was our fault but it would have been courteous if they could have at least replied. "

"We were delighted with the location of the hotel to explore Faro and we loved the quirkiness of it all. We were off season so didn’t expect to use the pool and outside areas. They were a bit run down looking with some broken sunbeds and torn curtains but hopefully that was being addressed by the owners as they renovated for the start of the new season. We had an amazing evening meal on our second evening which was the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay"

"This room was tiny and extremely noisy. Unable to sleep with window open and the air conditioning was dripping on me during the night. I asked for an airport transfer car at 4am - they said it had been ordered and it didn’t come.
