Upstate New York Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Days prior to my stay I called the hotels number provided by hotels.com just to TRIPPLE check the cost of incidental fees just so I had enough my card , I was told $100 even after asking the rep to double check …fast forward I arrive via Uber with my kiddos and was told the incidental fee was $250 so I immediately called the same number and that rep was only willing to update the new fee amount and could not help me ..after freaking out in the lobby because I felt defeated and left with no help...

"The room was nice...was clean; however, lacked basic maintenance. The shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall. There were spots on the bathroom wall that should have been cleaned. There was no guide on the television with very limited channels. There was no ice in the ice maker. I would not choose to stay here again."

"It was my first visiting and I extended my stay an extra day. I was in my own little world. The staff were extremely nice, I ordered room service and got their burger, which was AMAZING. The room was clean and I loved the shower. It was a nice, calming atmosphere. Definitely will be going back. "
