"We appreciate owners front desk helped us to get a cab. when our Uber did not show up. The couch pull out was 2 smaller cots and they were squeaky and not very comfortable (lumpy). When we stayed here in January, the pullout couch was 1 bed and it was very comfortable. "

"Hotel was pleasant. Dined in the restaurant and the young waitress did a mighty job, against all odds. Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation. "Staff were excellent -very helpful and kind. Parking is a challenge -you need to book before hand and there is a weird car lift to a very small underground car park -not for the claustrophobic. "
