"The staff here go above and beyond, the ‘glamping’ experience was great. Food was really nice but quite expensive. The safari company run joint with the camp was amazing and extremely well run. The downside to this accommodation is that I would say it is only accessible via tuk tuk or car it’s not in walking distance to shops / other restaurants. "

"Such a lovely little place to stay for the night. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and lovely, the home cooked food was some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. They also arranged a safari for us, we had a jeep to ourselves, and saw many animals (elephants, monkeys, mongoose). All in all a fabulous experience, and incredible value for money. "

"Enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and the rooms were very good. My partner was very disappointed though as she love animals and she saw a couple of the staff be cruel to the few dos there by spraying fly spray in their face. That did upset her."

"Had a great stay... only down side being we were only there for 2 nights Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Rooms great and well appointed.Great setting and relaxing after or before safari. Only bit of advice is dont go too late for breakfast or buffet evening meal, as its all been hoovered up. Would recommend and if we find ourself in same area again, will re book. "

"The staff made me feel welcome and safe from the moment I arrived. They organised for me to share a morning safari with another couple who were staying there - this way we all saved money and it’s better for the environment. I really appreciated this! Our guide for the Safari “Parera” was fantastic! He made sure we were the second Jeep in the park, and drive quickly but safely and professionally. He knew many species of animal and always stopped for everything. He could spot a gecko on a tree...
