"The resort was new & you can tell they weren't shy to splurge on a ton of aesthetic features! Going at the end of September/early October was great - low crowds & the weather was still warm enough. No severe weather happened during our stay neither. The staff was phenomenal & the food all over the hotel was 10/10. Definitely am planning on returning."

"Everything was perfect. Everybody was helpful. I will go back if I ever go back to Tulum. Celebrated my husbands birthday. Had ordered a cake. They made it so nice with music and singing. I was very touched, more than I expected. Clean and everybody is very attentive. The airport shuttle was working very well too. "

"What was unique to me about the property was that it is just steps away from the beach. Staying here is a unique experience but you got to be ready to he minimalist room. Which is fine because the main attraction is the beach. Staff and services were 20/10 super friendly staff. "
