"Staff are very friendly. Brand new apartment, close to everything (IT park, restaurants, buses). The apartment we stayed in was brand new and well maintained, however if you love your hot water under the shower…, there’s no hot water. I still recommend the place. Thank you guys."

"It is a high quality stay for the price! Everyone is friendly and helpful there. They make you feel right at home. There is free wifi (unlimited) which is hard to find in the Philippines. All the basics and then some. For a few extra bucks I recommend a higher end room. Even though it's a "hostel" my room was private with a bathroom and aircon (AC). A few places could use some caulking or a paint job, but for the price it's a steal. The only other downside is the neighborhood. It's not...

I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. "This hotel is perfectly placed for the city life,food and shopping the local malls. Theres also 24hr McDonald's,Jollibee..and 7/11 all walking distance. The staff at lex are amazing. I have no complaints and already rebooked for another 2 days later this month. Taxi and grab drivers are easy to access as well. "

"The room is bare minimum. Although I find the sink right inside the room a bit weird. It makes you feel like you're in prison lol. There's a sink inside the bathroom, so why is there a sink outside? And it wasn't even an eyecandy kind of sink. It's like a prison cell sink. Overall, I was too drunk and tired to really care. But yeah, twas weird."

"Wonderful stay for our family of 6 -Daily housekeeping -Friendly, helpful and professional staff -Fantastic location for restaurant's, shopping, etc.. At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed.
