"What the rooms may have lacked in modern decor everything else more than made up for it. All the staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was excellent, spotless rooms, comfy bed with quality linens, well stocked toiletries and tea/cofee/biscuits in room. As I was there for Boxing Day I had the bonus of a Christmas card and some delicious handmade truffles left in my room. "

"The staff were wonderful, kind, and aprochable, the hotel itself is wonderful, though showing a few signs of age and a little wear and tear, but everything in our room worked, the bed was comfortable the food was out of this world! Overall our stay was a wonderful experience and we hope to return there again for our wedding anniversery. "
