"It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back."

"Room high ceilings a plus. Road construction in the immediate area made for pretty bad gridlock. Multiple one-way streets closed, created a maze."

The location very accessible to local monuments and museums, and just a 15 minute walk from the wharf area. "In my opinion your toilet tank is too big (water waste) as week as the bottom of bad tub not well maintained and the water is wasted at the shower because half water only half comes from short the rest is wasted down the bath tub faucet. We can’t waste water any more. The receptionist this morning was eating breakfast as she was giving us our check out. "

"Beautiful, historic and charming hotel. Room wasn't anything special but comfortable bed, great blackout curtains and hot water. Valet discount was nice through Expedia. Very easy walk to CFG Bank arena if you are there for an event. Area surrounding the hotel was a little sketchy like any downtown. Great bar/tavern on site with good cocktails, would stay again! "
