"Excellent hotel in wonderful location, safe and secure, and nice to walk, even at night. Easy access, for SF, with car. Our room was upgraded, 719, and was large with nice view of the cathedral. Excellent breakfast was complimentary both days we stayed. Beds were comfortable. One hiccup, only one elevator was working for the entire hotel because no repair service was available over the holidays. As we were not in a hurry, not a huge inconvenience, but there was wait at certain times. "

"Our stay was great! It was a tad misleading when it said to check our their Mimi's cafe as it was across the street and the hotel did not actually have a restaurant attached. BUT they did have a nice Italian place that delivered for free. Very fun water playground. "
