"Check in was quick and the front desk staff was fun and personable. They made me feel right at home. We had some issue with the tv but it was cleared up quickly. The breakfast was hot and it hit the spot. Beds were clean and comfortable.The shower was hot and welcoming in the cool mornings. They have renovated and everything looks so new and updated. We love this place and you will too."

"This was a cute cozy place.. had coffee, juice hot chocolate and fruits and donuts in the lobby anytime you wanted them, day or night .. also all the staff was extremely nice also loved the fire pit outside and the heated pool and hot tub "

"We were very pleased with this property! The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was especially clean, and they even called us to let us know we had forgotten our AirPods after we checked out. Points for honesty among the cleaning staff! "

"The property was in a good location. Close to outlets, not far from anywhere! Looking forward to a nice breakfast was a disaster. Not sure if too crowded in Pigeon Forge or if the hotel needs to address overcrowding in the breakfast area. Seems rather small for hotel size. Definitely unable to enjoy breakfast. Choice was rather limited also"

"the room was clean, we really liked the full size frig, stove and counter. really enjoyed the indoor pool. Our water to the room was shut off for the major part of the day without giving us any compensation. Same day we got no room service, no cleaning, no towels. Other than that nice stay,"

"The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. For this reason alone, I would probably pick another property in the future. ...
