"Wonderful stay"

"I was so impressed by the kindness and courtesy shown to my daughter and I from all the staff. From the doorman to the repai man (who was on the elevator with us), to the check jn staff. Whatever they are doing to train their employees i hope they keep it up! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows big and squishy. The towels were luxuirously soft and the thermostat worked well. The elevators and rooms make the most of every nook and crany. I liked it here a lot and will stay again. "

"This was our first time staying at this hotel… It definitely will not be the last!! We’d like to stay in this area because it is walkable to the theaters, but not in the middle of Times Square. Upon checking in, we were promptly greeted and felt appreciated and so welcome to be there!! Their staff was so friendly and being just “checking” you in. We have stayed in several hotels in this area over the 20 years we have been visiting NYC, plus have recommended hotels to friends and family....

"Housekeeping should be at least once a day if requested. Shower glass should be cleaned for every new reservation. Rm 611 curtains where water stained across the bottom."
