"We stayed 5 nights whilst visiting Genova and the surrounding area. We made use of the secure car parking offered. The reception staff were all wonderful, very polite and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop into town and also the sea front. We were able to cook dinner and heat water for hot drinks. You do need to provide your own washing up liquid and sponge. "The hotel staff was amazing - very kind and helpful. We really loved it, apart from one problem that meant we didn’t get a great sleep. The room itself was very nice, but be aware that there is no ventilation at all. We were told they only turn on the AC in summer, but we couldn’t even open a vent to let air in from outside. The only option is to have the balcony doors open, and unfortunately that comes with a lot of street noise late at night and early in the morning. "
