"The Blue Angel was perfect for us… the view of the ocean and sunsets from the balconie was supremely beautiful…. Included Breakfast was great!!! Eggs Benny or Pancakes or half papaya filled with other fruit cottage cheese….. we also took advantage of daily 2 for 1 happy hour… we also snorkled right at thre hotel and that was very cool too… lots of fish, some coral and even lots of sea urchins…would definitely recommend this place… 👍🏝️ "

"I really enjoyed having a nice home away from home. Very convenient area for groceries and getting into town for meals and entertainment. The staff were all very helpful. The view from the rooftop pool deck is stunning. The only thing missing is direct ocean front location."

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience...

"What a great discovery!! Hannah treated everyone with such attentive care… a great start to the day with breaky and coffee in a setting where you could easily meet a few of the other guests… rooms were exceptionally cozy and pool was PERFECT, fully equipped with a little waterfall for ambiance!! Oodles of restaurants fancy and rustic all over the place nearby, and we were just a 10 min walk to the restaurants, stores, and activities at the ocean. Takes about 10 minutes to Mega and 8 minutes to the Aqua Safari pier in front of Casa Mexicana. The property has a set of stairs leading to the front door of the living areas, always locked. "The Villa Blanca Gardens is my go to for a short getaway, having stayed there 6 times in the last 4-5 years. It has a beautiful landscape, is across the street from the beach and two dive/excurson piers. Very diver friendly, with dive trips leaving from piers across the street. It has a pool, but no Waterpark, so not as noisy as many of the all inclusive resorts. The current on-site restaurant/bar (Stingrays) is pretty good and not overly expensive on paper, but they give you a poor exchange...
