"Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism...

Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "I was well impressed by the staff around the resort who were very polite and helpful especially at the reception who I specially met Diksha, Sydney, Reggie and Bill. The resort is not far from Benaulim beach. The cleaning team were great in ensuring the resort was kept cleaned and so were the resort rooms. We had a pleasant stay at the resort. "

"The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees. "
