This is a beautiful resort and was not crowded when we were there. The pool complex is lovely. Rooms clean and quiet, staff nice. Definitely relaxing.

No entertainment staff during the day or evening but all staff that were on property, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, beach and pool were nice. Rooms were clean. No issues other than the latches on the back of the doors were removed so there wasn't that extra measure of protection.

We cannot recommend Radisson enough! We had the most incredible few days stay. The breakfast and evening meal was amazing! Staff are wonderful, the rooms are so clean and lovely. My kids had the best time in the pool. It was always so clean. I dont have a bad word to say, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful ❤️

Staff was pleasant and accommodating, we reached the hotel at 12pm and was able to check in earlier than the usual 3pm check in time. Rooms were very clean and stocked with all that was required. Resort as a whole is lovely and very peaceful. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful grounds. Awesome pools and the beach is right there! However, the food was NOT GOOD. Many times I had to send it back to have it fixed. Whether it be my steak being severely undercooked. Or them forgetting an ingredient. It was just simply a disappointment. Breakfast was cold. They have different varieties(get the omelette) but it did not meet my expectations. Also, when we asked for help with certain things like fixing our TV…it’s like a silence came over the staff. I’m assuming it’s because they didn’t know what to do. Overall, I’m happy to have experienced the Radisson…especially because my daughter had such a blast in the pool. But it’s very unlikely that we will be returning. Food and customer service needs quite the upgrade.

I love the pool area but was dissapointed the hot tub was not functioning. The front desk staff were not helpful, this hotel needs a concierge. Beautiful beach and pool area but the rooms need some updates.

1 My toliet was broken and never repaired...even after reporting it! 2. The noise people were making at 4-6am when checking out. 3. The doors were slamming all morning 4. Being on the 1st floor vs. 2nd floor...very noisy and hard to sleep at night.
