When I queried it, management advised the photos and description of the apartment I booked on Wotif was not even of the 2 x bedroom unit that I booked but were of a 1 x bedroom suite! "Regents was in a good location. Easy walk to many dining facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for cost even if a little higher than many competing properties. Rooms were large and comfortable . We faced the pool and it was very quiet. Having a coffee maker vs instant coffee is an upgrade that should be implemented "

"We booked this accommodation two days prior to arrival. We were running late as we stopped at the thermal pools and John called to check up on us. The check in was efficient and our room (#3) was excellent. Although we spend on one night there, it was a very comfortable stay. The location is great and we were able to enjoy the drone show and night market. Highly recommend this place."

"Lovely lay over for a few night's, the hotel was very clean and the room was very nice - my wife liked the touch of the make up face cloth 😀 Probably wouldnt stay again as did need a car to get places and the bars n restaurants around 10 min walk but lovely stay and the staff we dealt with were lovely Msybe also a hot breakfast choice and we would have eaten there "

"This was our first stay at Millenium Rotorua. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was really comfortable. We dined in the restaurant, the food was tasty. We also had breakfast poolside. The cost for this was pretty high given the selection that was available. The staff at the bar were awesome. That area could be made to look more exciting with more of a selection of spirits on show, it was a little lacklustre and not conducive to an extended visit, more of a “pop in” place. Overall we would definitely return here, it’s a great location and we thought the staff we encountered were fabulous! "
