"This property is "a little piece of heaven." It was our second time visiting from the U.S. and a big reason we came back to New Zealand was to experience this wonderful property again. "Beautiful property and outdoor gardens. Staffwere excellent andthe breakfast was good. The room was a little smaller than expected and not much privacy from your neighbor. Sine of the outdoor furniture could use a refresh given the price of the accommodation."

"Our hosts Danny & Mabel were highly attentive and their property is a wonderfully secluded villa amongst the vibrant landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand. Mabel’s morning breakfast is a delight with various fruits and jams all coming from the garden. The proximity to central Rotorua is also within a 15 minute drive. This location is highly recommended. "
