"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "

"This is a great guest house and who includes breakfast anymore?? My cousin and I stayed for one night and our room was very warm, cozy, and the owner made us very welcome. He went above and beyond with breakfast the next morning and cooked up custom meals for each of us! I would definitely stay here again since it is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Largs train station, and who doesn’t love excellent hospitality and service?! Highly recommended"

"This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast."

"we booked a room to stay as we were attending an event. We were disappointed when we realised the hotel was separate from the venue building with no covered access between the 2 buildings. The hotel was clean and basic. The staff were lovely. Our hairdryer didn’t work, but I used the one in my sisters room and informed them on check out.The breakfast was a tad disappointing as it was dry, but a reasonable choice. "I should have checked first if there were lifts, unfortunately none, we were on second floor we both have poor mobility it was a struggle but a member of staff did help with suitcase. We also assumed we could get dinner but wrong again, they only do breakfast which was not great. At least there are many restaurants nearby. We found a lovely Italian one. The room was very good, but crumbs on floor at my bedside, not amused. We wouldn't go back."
