"There was no fridge. The water for the shower is hard to turn on. Some of the staff was friendly, but we did come from another Hilton hotel where the staff was going over and beyond so the staff felt unfriendly compared to that"

"I was happy for the most part with my recent stay at Hilton. Everything was wonderful except the bathroom sink kept filling with water and the tv was not a smart tv. There was no way to watch Netflix or other apps. I thought that was strange for a big hotel. That would be something that would affect whether I stay again because I didn’t see much on the limited channels that I wanted to watch. Overall though the hotel was great. "Hilton Culver City was overall GREAT!!!! Frm the valet and front upon entry. To the bar/restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everything was great!!! Edin and her team were fantastic. I came in early and they accommodated me an early check in. I was greeted by Jonathan via Concierge and he was super polite. Housekeeper Raquel was super nice and ensured my room was top tier every morning. Mario, Umti, Ashley, Laura, Norma, Vernon & Jesús made my visit to the bar and restaurant too easy. From the...
