"The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was nice having a balcony to sit outside and relax. Check-in was quick and easy. They had a very nice free breakfast with many choices every morning. The registration staff were very pleasant and willing to help with any questions we had. Although we had not seen it advertised on their websit, we were pleased to find out they had a free shuttle to the cruise port. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Nice quiet place, comfortable bed, not to outdated but not recent either. Nice big TV with plenty of channels and easy access to the HDMI port. Balcony room was worth the extra few dollars. Didn't like that the staff was completely behind protective glass, kind of a low class way to greet guests and doesn't make guests feel real secure in the decision to stay there. Quiet place, safe, on site security and the room was comfortable and clean"

"This hotel is dirty, smells & unsafe. The customer service is terrible . The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. The towels were dollar tree towels and our room had no towels when we checked in, when we went to ask for towels, we were told it would be a couple hours for towels because there were...
