"There was some miscommunications between Expedia & the hotel in regards to reservations. I booked 2 non-smoking king rooms online. Upon arriving, was given 2 so called double queen rooms. The beds were not true queen beds. I have a tall spouse and the bed was shorter. After some discussions, The hotel clerk was accommodating and graciously moved us into a smoking king room which turned out to be ok as it was clean smelling and had flooring instead of carpet. "The young lady at the front desk was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taking care of and that we were comfortable. The hotel is getting ready to renovate and right now there are some places that need to be taken care of but will be taken care of during the renovation. All in all this was a great place to stay."

"The property and facilities were dated. The grout and caulk need to be redone in the bathroom. I am not a fan of the shower curtains; I would prefer the plastic kind. The room and hotel were clean, but a little refresh could bring in more customers."
