"Classic motor court motel from the late 60s. Large, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Great quiet location within 7 miles of Carlsbad Cavern visitor center. Some furnishings a little worn and very limited tv service and limited breakfast options. Need to drive 30 minutes to Carlsbad for restaurants, grocery store etc. but can't beat the location to visit the national parks."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, and my father-in-law also had a room for 1 night. The lady that helped us was so kind. This is the second time we have stayed there and will definitely be back! Love the staff, rooms, cookies, muffins, coffee, and hot chocolate!"
