"Amazing stay, staff are very helpful and friendly. Only thing i would say is the drinks are too over priced! Otherwise perfect. We stayed on the 6th floor Adults only. Beautiful room only thing i could pick fault with wss that it was a balcony roombut no chairs to wnjoy it on a Beautiful sunny day. "

"Great overnight stay. The hotel.is very convenient for the arena and the location on the marina is lovely for walking. Close to nice restaurants too. Prior to arrival we had been unaware that there were renovations taking place so there were workmen on scaffolding outside of our window. This didnt hamper the stay but we should have been made aware. "

"My stay was very good, I liked the breakfast service and the quality of the food and coffees. The room is clean and tidy but very small to accommodate two adults and two children. The air conditioning keeps stops frequently and we felt hot overnight. I still recommend it and it’s good value for money. The location is perfect for those who want to go to Newport or Cardiff as it’s less than quarter of a mile from the motorway. "

"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "
