"The cottage was lovely and cozy. Technically, within walking distance to the beach, but if you want to take stuff with you, you’d want to drive. It is a little rundown, but very clean. They rent golf carts on site. We didn’t take advantage of that, but will keep it in mind. My only complaint is the bed, and I realize that is subjective. "We stay at Lively every time we go to the beach to surf at JP Luby. It’s the only building in the area, never crowded, and feels like home. The grounds are clean, the rooms have everything we need and are tastefully furnished. If we could buy into a membership or a timeshare here, we would!"
