"For your price, you are renting 1 of 5 rooms that have a shared kitchen/living room region. The room was quite clean with fresh sheets and towels. Only the top of the closet was covered in dust which I cleaned so that I could put my skirts there. The common area was not as clean, but not terribly dirty. There was a sponge and Dawn for cleaning the dishes. There was plenty of hot water. Although the front gate was code-locked, the door at the back side of the house was open all the time. There...

"Over all is good for what we needed the space which was sleep, even tho the property looks bad from the outside, the room are actually modern looking, unfortunately we seen baby roaches, and a few things that were not clean. But I do recommend for a night or two. Reception told us check out was at 9am not 11 like the add says that was unexpected. "

"I knew this wasn't going to be glamorous by any means, and I knew what the neighborhood would be like going into the trip, but I was still shocked at how gross my stay was. Without a doubt the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. There were oaches all over the place, especially in the bathroom, and lots of stains on the walls/furniture/bedding. Would not recommend it unless you have literally no other option. "

"Worst experience ever, On the day of my check in I called them all day trying to get a hold of them to let the hotel know that I’m doing a late check in. No one was answering the phone. Kept calling just how it says on the description “if you are checking late call the building” which I did with no luck. I email them as well when I get there to check in the lady said I had no reservation that she was all book. I ask her how if I have a reservation that I paid for she just said she didn’t see...

"Liked the historical nature of the property. Lobby was dark, carpet and furniture worn and stained. Homeless often hanging out on steps outside exit door of elevator bank. Need to brighten and clean the gym, too dark, too small and gloomy."

"Upon arriving, I received friendly and efficient service from the front desk. I've never had my check-in completed as fast and efficient anywhere else ever. Some of that is luck, but mostly that is the result of the right business, having the right people, at the right time. All the hotel staff were great! I had a business appointment early the next day, so I ordered a wakeup call. When I used the automated phone service, my request was handled perfectly. However, I do believe that the menu confirmation may have had the date wrong. I had a slight concern there, but as I said, by call came through exactly on-time. Because of your outstanding service at the hotel, I was able to complete my business orderly, comfortably, and on-time. Thanks for your support and service."
