"I had an incredible stay at the Shangri-La, The Shard. The staff was so incredible attentive from the moment you step into the building. I especially want to thank Jehan from the front desk staff for going out of his way to make sure I stayed in the best room and it definitely did not disappoint. I was able to see a stunning sunrise over Tower Bridge and soaked it all in from a bathtub with the view. This hotel truly has one of a kind views of the London skyline— I’ve been to London plenty of times before and stayed at varying hotels and this one is truly the best out of all of the them. The staff truly makes the biggest difference. Cannot recommend enough!"

"We stayed here one night at Christmas time and it was lovely all the staff we encountered were friendly and nice, they had a bar with nice drinks and food options, the hotel has a tube station on the same road and there is restaurants and pubs walkable distance it’s also walkable from Waterloo station. The hotel had lovely views of the city and we left our bags here before and after our stay with no issues "

"A good Hilton property. Nothing flashy or exceptional in the physical facilities. Rooms small (but it's Europe!). Breakfast buffet was very good. Location is perfect for accessing sites- an average 30 min walk to sites and right by the riverwalk and the Eye. Close to the Borough Market for restaurants. Finally, John at the concierge was absolutely fabulous with his recommendations and overall guidance. Great guy. Others at the concierge need training from him!"
