"This property was gorgeous the room and property is just as described. But I must say the staff was not very friendly except for the amazing staff at cava…… This was my second time visiting Qatar and there is a huge difference between the staff/ service at the Mondrian and the Fairmont…. And I must say although the Fairmont was beautiful I will not be back. Having great/ friendly staff is everything and this hotel lacked that! "

"Ezdan palace Ramesh in reception is a gem to the hotel. I checkin at 21.00 and he directly address me by name and went above and beyond to ensure providing anything i might need and ensure im comfortable and happy, unfortunately due to my very short stay in the hotel i didnt needed but good sleep. "I had an excellent stay. Isaiah checked me in and he was really helpful in terms of giving advice about Doha and making sure I had the information I needed. "It was a very good place for me and family. The cleanliness by the house keeping was timely and top notch. The staff santos one of the house keeper was good and respectful. Also one of the chefs from Algeria I can’t remember his name was very respectful and perform his duties well. The environment and the hotel itself is really cool and sirene for someone looking for that. All in all it’s an excellent experience for me and family. "
