"My family and I decided to stay here during new year. The room was nice, larger than in the pictures but dimmer than expected. The LED lights inside the room were cool and everything was pretty high-tech, however there was some issues controlling the AC temperature with the iPad provided. Moreover, the view was underwhelming due to it being blocked by the outer part of the Torch building. Room service could also use improvement as it took 2 hours before we received our requested water bottles...

"Amazing stay at Warwick Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the attention to detail made all the difference.
