"Had to do the pod/ capsule hotel experience while in Japan and this was perfect- clean, gave us pajamas, slippers, towels, it was cool! Bed was comfortable, pillow at first I was bummed but after a minute, realized it was AWESOME! Slept great. Didnt partake in the sauna, I was way too tired but seems cool. Near the station so that was easy enough- probably could’ve walked to shibuya but I’m disabled and lazy, so we just used the subway instead. Definitely recommend! "

"The most wonderful hotel, truly feels like home away from home. Every attention to detail has been thoughtfully addressed. Impeccable design. Impeccable care from the staff. We loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, especially at night. Having the delicious restaurant downstairs was perfect in a pinch while waiting for the car to the airport or late night after running around and shopping. "I have stayed at this hotel a couple times which is why I always go back. They had a lot of people at the front desk to help with the flow of things. However, this time the housekeepers weren’t as good as the last couple times. Not sure how to explain it so instead I’d probably stay on a different floor. Overall, I would still definitely recommend this hotel!"
