"The property was clean and the staff was extremely helpful in every way imaginable. Any issue I had was addressed with kindness and high concern. The rooms were clean and the showers appeared newly installed. The staff helped me call many times for a taxi, given I did not speak their language which made navigating through the country much easier. I felt safe as two security guards were at the entrance upon entering or leaving. Searches at times were even conducted to ensure no weapons...

"The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day.
