The guy downstairs was nice and helped with our luggage, front desk was nice, the young guy waiter in tge breakfast area was very nice and helped with the omlets, tthe guys on the 9th floor in the lounge was great too everyone was very nice and attentive EXCEPT the girl waitress in the breakfast area; she was not friendly or helpful, she was rude but I would not let that stop you from booking at Bentmark when travelling internationally.

Make sure your reservation details identify how many Male or female in the room, number of beds, numbers of people staying in one room regardless of website descriptions!!
