"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. "I stayed 4 days at the Borg and it was fantastic. The location is in the restricted area in downtown. It is convenient and accessible to all shopping, tour stops and areas of interests. All of the staff I interacted with at the Borg are genuinely friendly, engaging and helpful. Special shoutout to Simon who was able to provide excellent recommendations of places to eat and even helped me book a tour. "

"The property is just across the airport (Terminal 3) and also at metro station if you need to use it. The lobby area was nice and staff were friendly. The rooms looked they needed a major upgrade. Everything inside the room seemed too old. Food at the restaurant seemed very expensive. Gym was under construction, beds and bed sheets were too old and in one section were actually torn. Overall I don't think it is worth it."

"My stay at the Diplomat was lovely. It is an elegant hotel in a beautiful, historic building. The charm of the water across the street and being able to easily walk to the tram or subway near was super convenient. My room was well appointed with nice linens and a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower too! I ate at the downstairs restaurant twice, both times exactly what I needed with good food and attentive service.
